The Runner's Edge creates training schedules for a variety of race distances and terrains so you'll always be prepared. With 3 levels of training schedules – low, mid, and high mileage – we can serve the needs of any running enthusiast.

While many training programs and books focus on the workouts, our program places equal emphasis on what to do between the workouts to properly recover. The Runner's Edge is unique in its practice of breaking down each aspect and benefit of training, warm ups, workout pacing, hydration, etc.

We'll also provide you with a training handbook containing course maps, personal stories of past participants, and a wealth of intelligent training knowledge.

As an added incentive, participants are given a Coolmax shirt for training. In addition, for the duration of the program, you'll receive a 20% discount off everything at Garry Gribble’s Running Sports.
