Organized Saturday group long runs at various health-related businesses & scenic routes, with multiple mileage options and loop options available.
Pace groups ranging from 7:00/mile to 12:00/mile, including Run/Walk and Walker groups, each led by a knowledgeable pace group leader.
Flexible training schedules for half marathons, marathons, 5K/10K races, and ultra marathons, with complimentary evaluations at group runs.
